Maybe its just me, but I didnt like how I was treated at this shop

Sent them my pioneer avic d3 to get checked out.
Got delivered on the 29th of last month. So I waited for a email or a phone call, 2 weeks went by and nothing.
So I called them the guy answers.
I was like ya sent in my hu to get looked at ect ect.
He was like whats your order number I said no clue never got a call or email.
So he was like I havent looked at it and he will try to with in the next week. reason being everyone one in the entire shop was on vacation.......um ya ok anyway
So like 30 min to a hour go by after calling about it and he calls me back saying that he just checked it out, and the cost to fix it was almost 500 bucks I was like wtf lo. Didnt say that, but I said o wow, ya Ill pass on getting it fixed and just ship it back to me. He said ok it wil be monday when the office lady gets back from vaca. Monday as in this past monday.
So today is is friday and nothing from ups or the usps, my stuff runs early lol
So I call back again. Was like ya you said you were gonna ship it back this past monday whats up man??
He goes on and says that when she went to ship it on monday there was no credit card on file for return shipping. Im like um you didnt say anyting about return shipping and thought that was included in the 43.00 just to look at it?? He said no its 15.00 return shipping. So i started to get mad and he just kepot repeating himself saying what do you want to do. Im like well I guess Ill have to pay the sh*t ot you will just try and sell it to someone else, he said no he wouldnt, i was like ya, i dont pay return shipping you keep it and just let it sit there and collect dust, comeo on man get real.
so I hung up on him after i said Ill see.
So I call back and talk to the office lady. I was a little more calm by then. She gets my info for paying return shipping.
Im like I have one question. If you didnt have my credit card info on file when you looked on Monday, why didnt you call me then
She gave me some b.s reason I was like O ok lol. said thanks and she hung up on me, kinda hard I heard the phone slam down lol and my phone wasnt to my ear lol
horriable customer service, horriable communication, and way over priced repairs.
