Default Lifted f250,should I buy it?

My wife really want a pickup truck. I found one at a local dealer that has a few spots on the body that need some work, it will need tires in about 15-20k miles and needs mufflers. but I got them talked down to 11600 on the truck + their stupid ass fees and they are giving me a good bit for her car as a trade..... Think I should do it? I was thinking two SA 8s down firing ported under the seat box on an AP1300 should make a nice daily driver..

I say no.

1. It's automatic.
2. It has electric 4wd
3. It appears to be a gas engine.

Only one of those is bad, electric 4wd. It's for my wife, she works just over 1mile from home so a diesel would not be that great for start and stop and she won't drive a manual

We live on a military base, work, shop, rent boats and go bowling on the weekends all within our 5mile base lol.

Assuming it's a 5.4 it will be struggling to pull anything of decent weight while having to turn those giant tires.

Ya I think it was regeared but not 100%. Gunna test drive in the morning and see how that goes

i had an F150 5.4 on 35's that was stock gearing and I'm telling you now, BE SURE its regeared if you plan on towing much, i went thru a tranny by 75k miles 0.0
so i rebuilt the motor as well while the tranny was out but that was for SnG's
the big tires will put a monumental amount of stress on everything if you tow with stock gears
