Default Rebuilt alty

Do you guys rebuilt alternators from other companies?
My reason is this...

Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Magnum Alty!

If you guys do could you make it custom? For more power at lower idle?
I can just swap my old alty on and send you guys my HO alty if not then its going in the trash and I'm buying a MLA module and runing it off my OEM alty.

Thanks Juan.

has it had the problem since the day you got it?

Yup the alternator is still good but the idle rpm for the alty to start working at is 800rpm , mines car at idle is a little above the 500rpm mark.

That seems like an awfully low idle. My car idles at 700 or so RPM with A/C off.

not all cars idle the same...my g6 gtp when warmd up idles at 500 600rpm..and for the alt i got on there now its barely enough to make it work lol
500 to 600 is common for alot of rides

the alt not turning on at low engine rpms is a common problem, as with beefier parts its takes more rpm to get everything switched on. Which is why we focused on finding some of the smallest pulleys we could, so that the alt will be overdriven enough to turn on at idle.

now there are things internally that can go wrong that can keep the alt from turning on at low rpms as well.
