Default Infinite baffle 6.5s or 8s

I'm looking to do a relatively simple but very nice setup in a BMW E46 328i sedan. The doors feature a three way setup. I'll most likely start off with a two way passive setup, then move to a three way active setup once my zed audio leviathan is fixed. Most likely using two anarchy mids per door.

Anyway, the real reason for this thread is to add a little sub stage ass to the mix. I would prefer to mount these 6.5s or 8s in the rear deck, so I can save space for other future shenanigans. Which might involve bags.... I would prefer to use 6.5s so I don't have to whore out the factory mounts. The other possibility is using the rear arm rest for a single 10, but this is my least favorite option. Power for the drivers can range from 150-400rms if needed. I have four anarchy mids already but I don't think they're suited for IB setups.

If you are planning to bag a BMW I suggest you pm me first... I can point you in the right direction as I have already done a ton of legwork calling a bunch of companies about both strutbags and air springs. Bavauto is the best place to get new struts and an air spring setup is the cheapest way to go for the fronts. Strut bags run 1400-3200 for a pair and will have to be modified from universal kits if you want to keep it on the lower end of the spectrum. I plan to do an air spring setup on my car eventually. I will also suggest getting the rear lower control arms that are made of stamp steel replaced asap regardless of what you plan for the future. Had one break on me and it locked the rear wheel against the wheel well. If I wasn't in my driveway when it happened sh!t would have gotten real for sure!

I was looking at something along these lines
BMW 3-Series (1999-2006) Air Suspension Air Ride | Air Lift Performance - Air Ride and Air Management Systems

But for sure reason I'd prefer an analog kit lol.

Pretty much everything up front is new, next will be the back.

Chapman Universal Kit – Front or Rear | Air Lift Performance
This is what I was looking into more than anything else, also looked into the sleeve over kits. 8 valves, tank, compressor, switches, lines, and bags for the rear either way and that's about it. Less than half the cost of their "bolt on kit"... can you do suspension fab work is the only question that remains. If so, go fab kit and save yourself some dough bro!

CDT HD-M6 has been recommended by the speaker designer for use in a rear deck free air. HD-M6 6.7" Midbass Pair | Easy Way Electronics

Are you putting the speakers on the rear deck to be a midbass or act like a sub? Rear mounted midbass can work, Ive heard it work but take a lot of tuning. Time alignment helps a bunch but you have to pay very close attention to xover points. I would really try to get a good midbass up front first. See if you can squeeze a spot for the exodus up front. When done right, that is a very hard midbass to beat especially at their price point.

This idea was for sub use. Midbass will be still be upfront.
