Hybird Audio VS Hertz

OK i have a question for anyone who has used either Hybird Audio OR Hertz components ... i have a 1969 cutlass 442 being build and need to no wat speakers would keep up with my sub setup i have 2 2500 series 10s and M2 amp from Digital Designs in a PWK 4th order bp blowthrew rear deck enclosure i will have 2 pair of 6.5s glassed in rear deck and proly a pair for the kicks ? alo will be using a C5b (200x4) amp from Digital Design need to no from experienced users on wat company to use for inside speakers ? thanks

They are both great, I personally use The Hybrid Audio Imagines, and they are the best speakers I've owned, also very nice to the pocketbook.

I like Hertz... I'm running high energy with xl mid active and love it.

I have a set of Hertz ESK-165 comps. They are a very nice sounding set for the price ($250). The only problem was the crossovers, the white ceramic diode or whatever blew out on them, literally cracked in half. So, I had them replaced with the high energy crossover...same problem happened. I still had a pair of Eclipse crossovers so I am using them and no problems. The highs are very brilliant and the woofer has a nice punch to it.

so im taking it that the Hertz ESK-165 comps and the Hybird Imagine are about the same cost $250 ? so please keep the advise coming i will be purchasing next week.. thanks

I had the chance to either choose between being a dealer for Hertz or Hybrid just over a month ago when I dropped Image Dynamics and after long testing and playing around with both companies I decided on the HATs. The imagine series speakers I sell for $220 a set and they are absolutely amazing for the price and my #1 selling speaker by far. Now if you want the very best of the best the Legatia/Legatia Pro series are just unbeatable. I am working on a 2011 camaro ss convertible with all Legatia's right now. Also as stated HAT's customer service is top notch.

thanks for the info .. im really leaning towards the HATs 6.5 for around $220 again thanks for all the help and advise.. will you be posting pics of the camaro build ?

Listen to Ho-Audio, I got my imagines from him and running off just deck power right now they spund better than any other mids ive owned. Very clear and crisp, not harsh at all.
