We'll subwoofers are for your substage like 20-60hz

Mid bass is totally different.. 4 pwx 10s would do nicely for mid bass. That's what I got. I have a American bass 3k pro on them

What do you think about the center console idea? Was thinking 2 on top and two by my feet with a thick plexi glass top for arm rest in my head the plexi would be 3-4 inches above the speakers

You think the 4 10s would balance it out so I can still hit highs

FWIW...

I'm using a pair of yardsale E8's as "upper bass/midbass" drivers. They cover 50-150hz very well, easily in the mid 130's. If you're trying to get more "upper bass" than true midbass it's something to consider. If you need to go higher than the upper bass range a pro-audio mid would work, but I definitely recommend you port them. Here's a link to the thread I made about them with measurements: Sundown E8v4 as midbass results

thats 50-65hz if you are talking about still fly.... You just seriously picked the wrong subs for your music choice lol.

Xs are good up to 50hz and fall flat on their @sses after in most setups unless you specifically tune a box for upper frequencies. Even then its not that good compared to other subs.
