Default For sale ads being deleted

I keep having for sale ads deleted.. twice now (once for a bushmaster AR15 and now again for my sar 9mm)
I dont know whos doing it, I have no infractions coming from anybody and no messages. I am posting properly and including pics and my threads keep disappearing.

Any suggestions?

Too much legal stuff to sell guns on forums. Go to a dealer, fill paper work, send to another gun dealer, buyer pics up. Actually, that's not too bad.. lol.

No but technically selling them over the internet without it going to an FFL is illegal...

I said it will only be shipped to an FFL

Thats the rules for a pistol

The AR15 is a long rifle and is legal to be shipped separately from ammo

I know the laws and abide by them in my ads

Maybe. But the forum has no way to know if the weapon you are selling is legally owned, Stolen, has been used for a crime, etc.
The rules state:

19. No illegal materials, objects, or information will be allowed or sold on the site, this includes but is not limited to weapons, drugs, bootleg/pirated music and movies, also nudity without consent.

So weapons are not allowed to be sold here.

Even if it didn't state it the rules state:

10. We reserve the right to remove any posts or items without reason or warning; this is at our discretion and will only be done when absolutely necessary.

Again there is simply too much liability of selling weapons here for CACO to allow it.

I'm not a mod or anything but I would assume this is why your posts are removed... Not to mention $400 for a gun that is $329 new seemed a little eh.

Also there is more context to the law than I can mail it because its a long gun... If it is going out of state it must still go to a FFL:

(B8)
A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. A nonlicensee may not transfer any firearm to a nonlicensed resident of another state. The Postal Service recommends that longguns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms.

[18 U.S.C. 1715, 922(a)(3), 922(a)(5) and 922 (a)(2)(A)]

So Handguns must be shipped from and to a FFL. While Long guns can be shipped within your state without going through an FFL. But if it goes out of state the long gun does not have to be shipped from an FFL but it does have to be sent to one.

Probably too much of a hassle for the forum if sale goes wrong.
Tbh you'd be better of selling on a firearm forum.

Yeah, as I said there is just too much liability for CACO..
Your better off selling it on a local swap and shop or something of that sort than online given the firearm. If it were a different gun then I would say sell it on a firearm forum.
