ok, so Tony didn't want flash, he didn't want crazy amp racks and box, he just cared about one thing. sound. he wanted a clean sound and didn't want to break the bank. and ability to remove box easy (so it had to be small and light)
his setup consists of:
Alpine cd player (he previously owned)
Digital Designs DD5x7 coax in front doors
Powerbass asa1100.5 (5 channel amp)
Digital Designs DD1508
I loaded the sub to play into the corner since it's a convertible he would be "FEELING" it more than hearing it.
since Tony was a fellow Pink Floyd fan i tuned the car with some older pink floyd cd's tony provided. the result, he was smiling!
fitting, since Pink Floyd is sort of responsible for the name of my store in a way.
if you are a pink floyd fan then you know Pink Floyd had an album out in 1995 called "Pulse", a live album and a great sounding disc, and is what made me a floyd fan. Years ago (1998) when i thought of doing my own store i came up with a name... Pulse Car Audio. (little history lesson for ya)
