SHCA 16 gauge
so some people wanted to know what my shca wire compared to.
(Note this is not a thread to bash and or give any bad names. just comparing for you. the ebay jacket isnt as good imo.)

i use the SHCA for all my interior speakers, and i like it only due to the flexibility, i dont like hard casings

I have the SHCA 14ga for my Tweets and then 4ga for my Interior Amp and I love it. Easy to Work with and like it was said above, the Price is great.

Wire gauge for most AC power circuits is almost totally irrelevant. I'd buy for flexibility over wire diameter or material anyday.

I like everything from shca except the 16 awg.... Everything but the 16 awg is oversized ....the 14awg is the best compared to other companies but their 16awg is smaller than skyhighs major competitors (knu, AT)

You mean in your house? That's a good example actually the 120 or 220 volt AC circuits in your house are a pretty modest wire gauge.
But yea I should have specified 'audio related' AC power circuits. Even on the high end A true amplifier like a JBL Crown could make 7k through 14 gauge wire no problem with the voltage/current ratio of its output
