The tweeter in the video looks just like the ones that come in backup camera kits. I may have one laying around at the shop gotta try this out.

I'm wondering if the buzzer I have, with an inductor in-line, would stop or lower the fundamental enough to make it more useful. I'll try it out this week and report back.

Here's what I found.
When I was setting the gain on my ed nine.1 amp with the sub disconnected and using the arm nano oscilloscope, when the clipping would begin I would hear a small high pitched sound coming from the amp. I haven't tried that with my taramps dsp3k or any other amp.

Hook up the buzzer to the horn in the car and makes for a interesting reaction from people.

I have an amplifier for sale if anybody is interested. But I am the Oakland area. Actually, I may post it to any location if you want this. It is not a problem at all. I think the delivery cost can be calculated online to see whether it is reasonable or not. If you are interested, contact me directly to discuss the price and delivery details. I am offering it almost for free.
