Theres the problem....lol.
Seriously though its no special material. Its the machine/experiance he uses to make them that makes them special.

Billet aluminum and copper are the materials I believe.

sorry lol i dont even proof read anything to make sure it right, lol. i really just wanted to know if it some type of mixed alloy because i read that aluminum is not the best conductor and i didnt know if he somehow got a foundry to mix in copper i worked in a foundry, and we put copper in alot of stuff. if so i just want to know what kind of mixture, and know if he knows how his materials compare to say just copper?

Typically its 6061 aluminum thats being used. Unless you have him make it out of copper.

unless you're chasing tenths, the material, be it copper or aluminum, doesnt really matter...that tiny distance from the wire to the inputs to the amp wont make a difference daily

There's several types of aluminum...aircraft type, which is usually the strongest, T7 which is just a code and tells you the strength of aluminum and class. I should know...I work with aluminum aerospace all the time. T6, T5, ect...I think as the number gets smaller, the softer the aluminum. Toolmaker can correct me if he wants, but as far as anything special he uses, only he would know(well duh!). Not sure what makes billet aluminum tho...
