Nice man I always wondered how to make the curved wood without trying to just keep sliding the rail further and futher away in 1/4-1/2" incraments.

interesting concept... do all your kerfs have the same spacing? because i try to space them using the blade thickness, x the difference in lengths of the larger diameter and smaller diameter divided by the length. and i usually end up with different spacing between smaller turns and larger ones. ( all I have kerfed is 90* turns however)

i think i worded that right >.>

For this it was just a generic ~1/2" spacing to make the panel bend into a circle but I'll do the math on how many cuts it will take to remove the material to make the bend, typically, then space accordingly when dealing with 'normal' kerfing like on a port opening etc.

This sled was basically made just to kerf crap-tons of times over and over such as with hank's tubes I made...I wouldn't be using this for the typical kerfing job though, I'd just use the fence for the easy stuff
