Well i don't have any pics at the moment but i will get some of what i already have done. Anyways heres the list any question feel free to ask.
To power all this i have
5 power supply unit i forgot the ratings but there is a mix of 350 watts and 300 watts and most are antec
2 are going to be put on the sub woofer amplifier with four gauge wire maybe to eight gauge wire since it will be most easy
2 are going on the three amplifiers that power mids and highs and what not
the last one will be to put on the remote start on all the amps so that i dont shock the power supply's and have them all shut down on me. had it happend before not the greatest thing.
what everyone has been so damn curious of is the gang box thing i tried to explain
Well it basicaly is just for to power on the power supply's and what not. i will simply rip out the switches that power them on and run the wire to the gang box thing and pretty much remote start them like you would with remote bass control kinda. why i wanna do this is just cause its a huge pain in the ass to have to get up and flip all the power supplys on when i could sit in my seat and turn them on each.
i got a JVC head unit that works excelent with no problems powered off some old AC to DC convertor that i found that has to be from the 1980's or so.
Im eventually going to buy the tweeters and rca patch cable but im still looking for some that is cheap.
I am also buying a electronic cross over for all the amplifiers and what not so that pretty much i wont go cross eyed trying to make one huge RCA wire splitter. found one on ebay for about 45 bucks that im willing to try
The amplifiers that i am using are VR3. Now i know some people out there will ***** and wine just cause im using them but i actually like them and they sound very nice for midrange and high speakers. I also got all eight gauge going to them off a distro block.
For now i got a lanzar vibe 12 inch in a box tuned to 36 hertz. i used to have a boss chaos but i had sold it. Im working on getting maybe an orion 15 inch XTR pro subwoofer. maybe something alittle better i do not know i will update as i go.
Damn i think i covered it all haha. probably got confusing but thats my explanation.
Also the 2 power supplys going to the mono block are wired in series at 15.45V's and same goes for the 2 power supplys going to the midrange and high amplifier.
How ever i have not yet decided on how to build a cabinet too hold all this stuff any body out there in Michigan could help me that would be beyond nice.
Personal message me for any question as seen this is very very long explanation haha.
Pics will be up monday or tuesday depending when i get back if family issues dont keep me here longer.
