Max dimensions to slide the box into my car are : 16.5 tall x 39" wide x 19.75" deep I am totally lost trying to get 35hz for port tuning. So lost need some assistance. Building the box and designing it shouldn't be a problem just figuring out my dimensions and port tuning is the hardest for me.

I drew up a design for 3.90 net at 34-35hz its a double baffle design I can't upload the design on my phone but its 37" wide x 16.5 height x 18 deep. Cut sheet is Front baffles : 32.5x15", top&bottom : 37"x18", sides : 16.5"x15" , back plate : 35.5" x 15", port peice #1 = 13.5"x15", port peice #2 : 1.5"x15"
