Im looking for a box design for my 2 sa12's..going on top of the back seat of my extended cab f150 and I will be using 2 4" aero ports, I would like the tuning to be 29-30 hz and they will be running off of an American bass phantom 4k. If possible I would like the box to be between 4-4.5 cubic feet.

Ok so all I have ever used to build boxes is MDF, and now the more I look the more I see that people are using Birch plywood. Just wondering why this is, Is it structurally more sound, why go with it if it costs so much more. And we all hate the dust, I know don't need to tell me.
