im trying to come up with a box design for (4 Power Acoustik MOFO 15's) each sub will get 1000rms i have 4ft between the wheel base an can be up to 7 foot in length (if needed) wanted to go with a port (open to suggestion) i have a 1994 astro van

if the amp is rated at 2k and you have 4 subs....my math says they will be getting a max of 500w each not 1000.or do you have 2 of those amps?

yeah that guy knows im getting a new amp but wants to be a lil bitch for some reason.. like i said they will be getting 1000rms each still unsure about the amp but it will be a 4500 or 4000 on 1ohm

A astro has so much room.... here is one for you that works well with both the earlier gen with the 4" coils and the newer X series with the 2.5 coils.

49" by 20.75" by 33.5"
Double top baffle only using 3 - 2" round dowels from Home Depot cut at 18.5"

2 Port's at each side horizontally 3.875" wide by 18.5" high and 34.5" long

Please set your subsonic filter at roughly 25 up to 28Hz and it will impress you.😎
