What's the sealed to ported side ratio for a 4th order

Completely dependent on woofer. Most people suggest a 2:1, the ported side being twice the size of the sealed, however it doesn't always have to be that large.
in a perfect world, you set your rear chamber to perform the way you would want it to sealed.

Then you adjust your front chamber volume to give you the gain and bandwidth you desire.

large front chambers have large gain but a narrow bandwidth. [one hit wonder; very loud but is not musical]

medium front chambers have medium gain and medium bandwidth. [the happy median; loud and is somewhat musical]

small front chambers have little gain and a wide bandwidth [very musical but not louder than a pored box would be]
thanks for the quick response guys . have a trunk car , dont car to have the rattle . so i was thinking about going this route

That's what I been reading/researching
Like sonic sugests about the gain to bandwidth this is why i don't understand the craze for 4ths. They won't have a worthwhile gain if they sound decent. For spl go ahead.
What you have to say about 6th orders :dontknow:
