Just curious as to how everyone feels about running at a half ohm? would you or wouldn't you?

Most people run their high end amps at .5 ohm. Some maybe at 1 ohm. The difference will also be if your amp will heat up quicker....too hot to touch. Surprised no one mentioned this.

If I remember correctly, RF had this very same issue. People were complaining about the amps heating up so bad it would be hot to touch...but they would work fine.
Not sure if this problem was ever resolved....I think the older amps it was.

Who knows. No matter how good electrical is, a few members on here had this problem. But...the amp was capable of 1 ohm yet they're running it at .5 ohm. Go figure....
