My mom has a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Her touchscreen hasn’t been working for about three years now. I tried the “soft reset buttons”. We have tried taking it to Nissan on several occasions. They can see that the screen is frozen. We are always asking about the “update” or fixing it. They always say there’s no update for htutuapp er car and to fix it it’s about $4000. She bought the car brand new. I k appvalley eep asking if her car is still under warranty, but never gives us direct answers. She takes care of this car like a baby. It’s never been in any accidents. I feel bad she’s about to drive 45 hours to visit and can’t listen to her music or use the navigation system. I told her when to come to bring all of her paperwork and warranties. I want to try and get it fix for her. If someone swaps out her stereo for a new one or upgraded it could it fix the issue? I haven’t been able to find anything online. $4000 is pretty high. TIA!
