im trying to put my high output on my 98 jeep grand cherokee laredo 6cyl 4.0, and it doesnt have an external regulator so i wont be able to charge the batteries higher than what the ecu on the car lets me. also im guessing i need a pigtail harness to go from my stock alternator wires to a four pin plug for the new one.Well I don't know-you tell me what you are trying to do, and I will quote you a price.
i did not know that......but i do need a pigtail harness in order to adapt my stock harness to go into a four pin plug for my new one.Is the 220 amp alternator that you externally regulated? An OEM 98 Jeep alternator is externally regulated.
