I've had this amp for 2 years and it's been great. My wife spilled some coffee on it and a tiny, tiny bit got inside (from the top). I don't think that's the reason it crapped out but I'm giving you full disclosure. I think I had the gain too high on the sub and that's what's what toasted it, but I'm not sure. Anyway it will work for about 5 minutes then there'll be a loud pop that's it - no sound. The protect mode light doesn't go on. I opened it up and there is a small amount of white residue (see 1st photo, top left) and a few of the small capacitors have expanded. Other than that there are a few minor scratches on the outside.
