Perhaps silly question, but here goes: 12v relay

Can I use 12v relay with my 14v batts, that charge 16.4v?

I have right now amps all daisychained for remote wire, but wanna use a relay so they all get full remote voltage.

Or do they make 16v ones or what not?

Yes, you will need to calculate the total wattage to know the amperage you can use it with.

12v @ 30A = 360watt

360watt @ 16v = 22.5A

also, you can use a 12v trigger to power it.

Ahhh.....so the 12v will work, just need amps too be right?

I use a relay with a 12v input to switch 18v. 12v input common ground and 16/18v on the switch.
