The fastest way to get a hold of us is always via e-mail or phone. If we don't answer the phone, it is either because you are calling outside of business hours, or because all 5 lines are tied up. If you don't leave a voice mail WITH your phone number in it, WE CAN'T CALL YOU BACK!!!
It is very frustrating to have that many lines going, and see the same phone number beeping in over and over, with no voice message left. We are not ignoring you, we are simply handling calls in the order they are received.
We do our best to answer threads on the fourms, but we are active on quite a few different forums, and we only have so many employees. If you want quick service, don't make a thread or a PM, just send us an E-mail or give us a call. Here is our contact info:

Make sure you include the make, model, year, and engine of your vehicle, AND your return contact info. You would be amazed how many e-mails we get that read like this:
"Need hi amp alt, what u got 4 how much..."
Without the specifics of your vehicle, and what you are trying to do, we are just wasting our time and yours by having to send a response to get your vehicle/system info.
