Running multiple runs of 0 gauge

I have a 2018 highlander. I want to run @ least 6 runs of 0 gauge under the suv. I think that I need 2+and 2- runs to the battery. 2 runs from the alt. My question is how can I do this without creating problems. Sorry for the noob question, I'm trying to do this myself. 250 alt from Brand X, 100ah UP lithium batt and I'm running a AA7500 @ .5 ohms.
