Hello Spencer, 1.5 cubic feet per 15" TC3000/Axis is a great volume to use! Here is my simulation for you, see attached (the purple curve). Keep in mind that these simulations are for a half-space, not for a quarter-space like in your car! In other words, you'll get a lot more bass, likely flat, in your car.
Hey Thilo my name is Spencer and I was wondering if you could model 2 TC-3000 D2 15's in a 3.03 cubic ft net box after all displacements. I would be running roughly 1900-2000 watts rms to the pair from a Powerbass ASA1500.1dx wired at 0.5 ohms (Yes I've tested it and it is 0.5 ohm stable and it will most likely be seeing a higher load after impedance rise). This setup will be in a 2008 Kia Rio Lx and I'm looking to save as much space as possible while still getting loud and having a Otc that is below 0.82.

i run the 15" axis. 3.12cft (after all displacements) 33" port area tuned to 31.2hz, sounds great. running americanbass 120.1 1 ohm (clamped at around 1800) did 148.3 on TL sealed at dash. box is in the back of a h3 hummer with bone stock electrical.
