So who is going to make it to world finals this year in Dayton Ohio???
World Finals Show in the midwest
for DBDRAG and BASS RACE!
This is a test to see if Midwest can get a big turn out.
If not, it WILL NOT BE HELD HERE AGAIN!
They need a turn out so they came up with 2 shows for this event!!
1 4x for World Finalists to compete
1 3x for non World Finalists to compete in and get their early points
Either show will count towards 2001 points.
If your not going to compete or not a points chaser, please come and support this event anyway just to observe the show.
It will be a great time and if we want people like
Jeremy and Dominic, Greg etc. to keep putting on shows, we need to Support the Sport....
The Dates are March 19th and 20th 2011.

Ummmm. It was just in Indiana for 2 years. So how is this the first time in the midwest. I mean dayton and indy are pratically on the same parallel.

World Finals was??? I am sorry for this mis-information.
I was never in WF so I don't remember that taking place.
All I do know is that Wayne himself told me if there is not a good turn out
this year in the Midwest, it Will NOT be there again. We need to show a Min of 80 Cars.

The new points requirement for 2011 is 100, not 75 so it is wise to get that 3x certified show in early!

Based on some of the turnouts that Greg gets at his 3x's, this should be no problem. We normally get 50-60 in this area for 3x's, let alone the fact that it's WF's...Yeah 80 cars total for both shows~
There is a reason for drag returning to the midwest. When it has been here they have overall had the best turnouts. Tennesse,Ohio,Indiana are all close for most all people involved in DB Drag. So in order to get the numbers they would like to see. They had to bring it back!
