Hope this isn't a post dump..

When I was looking for some last week I ended up just picking up "Side mount charger posts". Just like the name suggests, they are used for charging your battery but do just fine for holding my main run of 0ga, 4ga for frontstage amp and 0ga for sub amp + 0ga that connects my batteries to each other. $4 or so for the set

im at wrk and cant search many sites right now, where did you get them?
also got any pics?
^
not exactly like what I got, but what he posted is exactly right
go to ace or home depot and find a bolt thats what i did i used those stinger and tsunami side post things ad they never worked right always came loose and even fell out 1 time
ok sorry for the confusion guys what i was looking for was something i could use to replace the stock terminal screws and also give the option to insert straight 1/0ga wire into it without having to add more ring terminals on the wire, kinda like how the popular top mount battery terminals are. this will be a temporary setup til i can get another dual-mount batt to replace my stocker.....the reason why i dont want to add ring terminals is because whenever i go to put the 1/0ga wire back on a top post batt i dont wanna have to cut the wire down decreasing the already short length of the wire.....hope that makes any sense

if i have to i guess i will go with some of the other bolts shown above
gotcha. I'd just pick up a replacement terminal that has a 6" or so of wire on it and tap into. Not ideal but I don't think I've seen side post terminals that will accept cable any other way.
